Learning Objectives

recognize the principal characteristics (sedimentological and reservoir architecture) of the various siliciclastic environments,
describe a core in terms of sedimentary textures, structures, depositional environments and specific surfaces,
implement correlation techniques based on the concepts of sequence stratigraphy,
define a conceptual geological model in order to prepare the construction of a numerical reservoir model.
