This teaching unit focuses on the development of offshore fields. 

•  name the specificities of the offshore field, 
• choose a field architecture adapted to the characteristics of the field (reservoir, effluent, water depth, etc...) and the items related to the development of the field (platform, FPSO, bottom-surface connection, ...). 
• model multiphase flows in pipes, in their thermodynamic and hydrodynamic aspects.

They reinforce this knowledge, in the field, during a study trip to a producing country.
